1In a medium bowl , combine chopped roma tomatoes , diced red onion , garlic (minced) and chopped fresh basil . Add olive oil , red wine vinegar , salt and ground black pepper and mix well. 2Preheat broiler . Slice french baguette or crusty italian bread diagonally into 5-7 slices.french baguette or crusty italian bread: 1/2 loaf

3In a small bowl , combine remaining olive oil with garlic salt . Brush entire surface of each slice (both sides) with the olive oil mixture.olive oil: 1.5 Tbsp, garlic salt: 1/4 tsp

4Broil slices for ⏱️ 1.5 minutes to ⏱️ 2 minutes on each side, until surface starts to brown.

5Arrange bread like spokes of a wheel on a plate . Pile tomato mixture in the middle of the slices. Garnish with italian parsley .italian parsley: 2 sprigs
